Minibus of Turkish League Player Involved in Accident, One Killed
Grief comes from the world of international football. The Minibus carried by the Turkish League club Alanyaspor involved a post-match accident that killed one player.
According to Reuters, the accident incident began when seven Alanyaspor players rented minibusses after playing an away match against Kayserispor. The minibus driver was allegedly sleepy so the car hit a road divider about five kilometers from Alanya which was the location of the stadium.
In that event, the coach and official and other players survived because they came home by taking the main bus. It is not yet known exactly, the reason for the seven players is separate from the group or not to take the main bus.
However, the Turkish news agency Anadolu confirmed that one of the victims killed in the accident was the Czech Republic national team player Josef Sural. The 28-year-old player who plays as an attacker died after being hospitalized.
"Six players (along with a driver and reserve driver, red ) involved in the accident are still being treated in hospital," the report quoted the Turkish Anadolu club statement on Monday (04/29/2019).
According to the club's chairman, Hasan Cavusoglu, the police have set a minibus driver and a backup driver who participated as victims.
"Because they were all sleepy (negligent, red ). Once the information I received from the police," said Hasan Cavusoglu. { SOURCE }
